Rates, Retainers and Additional Information:
General Sessions--Criminal - Rate begin at $725 for Misdemeanors and $1500 for Felonies (Williamson, Maury, Hickman, Lewis, Perry and Rutherford Counties)
Trial Court Representation and Appeals will depend upon the complexity of the case but will always be reasonable.
Federal Criminal Representation -- Misdemeanors are normally a $3,500 flat fee and Felony fees begin at $7,500 and increase depending upon the complexity of the case and the goals of the client.
