Fee Schedule
Rates, Retainers and Additional Information:
General Sessions--Criminal - $325 for Misdemeanors and $425 for Felonies (Williamson, Maury, Hickman, Lewis, Perry and Rutherford Counties)
Trial Court Representation and Appeals will depend upon the complexity of the case but will always be reasonable.
Family Law -- Divorce, Child Support, Child Custody and Juvenile-- will be by retainer agreement with terms that we can both live with.
Personal Injury My fee will be capped at 20%--unless we agree otherwise.
Federal Criminal Representation -- Misdemeanors are normally a $2,500 flat fee and Felony fees begin at $5000 and increase depending upon the complexity of the case and the goals of the client. All fees are negotiable and will be reduced to writing.
