Beginning August 1, 2009 my rates for General Sessions cases in Williamson, Hickman, Maury and Rutherford Counties will be reduced to $325 for Misdemeanors and $425 for Felonies. These rates apply only to General Sessions Criminal matters and will remain in effect until withdrawn from this website. Representation in all other matters, to include personal injury, will be at significantly reduced rates. If you can find a lower rate, get it in writing, and I will beat it. If you want an experienced attorney and think you can't afford one then you owe it to yourself to contact me. If I can't help you I will help you find someone who can.
